Howard Kurtzman - Agent

After graduating from the University of South Florida, (a million years ago) Howard moved to Atlanta and began to grow a small landscape company. Nearly 30 years later, with a handful of cherished Clients left in his portfolio, Howard learned that real estate and landscaping go hand in hand.

Howard has been an Atlanta real estate professional since 2006. A current resident of Virginia Highland, Howard has the knowledge and expertise to show and sell all intown communities. He also has a vast knowledge of Gwinnett County, and Rabun County. Howard always says, there is a lid for every pot. He will work tirelessly to make sure of that perfect fit. When it comes to listings, Howard works with his clients to bring his years as an accomplished artist and professional landscape designer to the staging process to help create superior curb appeal as well as creating form and function in sometimes difficult spaces. A BA in communication helps tie together all aspects of the real estate transaction.

Personal Background and Interests 

Running has been a favorite activity for Howard for about 35 years. There have been about 25 Hogpen Hill Climbs and a couple of marathons along the way. Snowboarding is another passion, many face plants and tree collisions later, you will find Howard out West in the sick pow-pow whenever possible. Painting with acrylic on canvas has generated the sale of nearly 300 paintings from Howard's prolific portfolio.
